- Exclusive: one partner per city for a monthly minimum + per-lead. Limited seats.
No job commission. You close and invoice the customer directly.
How you get haulers without “talking”
- Inbound from guides: every city hub has “Claim leads” → this form (pre-filled city).
- SEO for haulers: this page ranks for junk-removal lead / partner intent over time.
- Self-serve apply: no calendar link required; we email a sample lead + Stripe/invoice terms later.
- One-to-many outbound (async): weekly email blast to public business emails — not phone blitzes. Script drafts live in the repo ops folder.
- Free pilot bait: 10 free leads beats a sales pitch.
- Partner-get-partner: after first paid month, email asks for 2 hauler referrals for a lead credit.
Operating cadence (you run this weekly)
- Mon: export new `/admin/leads` → route to partners by city; mark `routed`.
- Wed: send 50–100 personalized emails from `scripts/hauler_outreach_drafts.py` output (no calls).
- Fri: review partner applications in email/DB; activate pilots in top traffic cities first (LA, NYC, Houston, Chicago…).
- Always-on: city-hub CTAs + this page collect inbound while you sleep.
