Bulky pickup in Waco
Mattresses, furniture, and many appliances — city bulk or drop-off, not the regular cart.
Official source:
Waco mattresss: go to Cobbs Recycling Center (4201 Trice Ave) within resident free-trip limits, or request curbside bulky within posted pile limits. Cobbs/landfill do NOT accept full HHW.
Household hazardous waste — used oil, paint, propane, batteries, and chemicals.
Official source:
motor oil: Waco Cobbs and landfill do NOT accept household hazardous waste. For motor oil, use the city’s annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day (Solid Waste Operations) — watch city Solid Waste news for the next date.
Cart recycling, store film take-back, and foam rules — not a second bulky program.
Official source:
Waco recycling carts do not want expanded polystyrene (EPS). White block foam, packing peanuts, and food trays are different streams. Grocery film/bag bins are not a foam drop-off. City of Waco — Cobbs Recycling Center is the official Waco program we verified — if that page only mentions plastic bags or film, treat block foam and food trays as bagged garbage unless it names a foam densifier. Clean peanuts may be reused at a shipper; starch peanuts are not EPS.
